The challenge.
A video deployment involves more than cameras. Recording capacity, the management application, licensing and user access all need to fit together before the infrastructure can support day-to-day work.
Why Neurulus fit.
The railway requirement depended on video-management software, recording resources and user access working together. Neurulus fit because those pieces could be deployed as one platform environment around the monitoring task.
How the platform addressed it.
Neurulus deployed the platform for the South Central Railway engagement through Oriental Skills and Safety Services. The delivery joined enterprise video-management software and licences with twenty recording computers.
Each specified computer paired 32 GB of memory with 10 TB of surveillance storage. Camera add-on and concurrent-user licences completed the application and access requirements around the recording infrastructure.
In the deployment
- Supply and installation of enterprise video-management software and licences.
- Twenty recording-computer units.
- 32 GB memory and 10 TB surveillance storage specified per computer.
- Camera add-on and concurrent-user licensing.
The outcome.
The railway team received the recording and video-management environment needed for the engagement. Software, storage, compute and licensed access were brought together around the operational video workload.
Recording resources in place
Twenty recording-computer units provided the specified infrastructure.
Video managed through an application
Enterprise video-management software and licensing supported the deployment.
Capacity connected to the work
Memory, surveillance storage and access licences were considered as parts of one system.
