The aim of this dataset is to classify the type of surface defects in stainless steel plates.

There are 27 features describing the defect and its geometry.

There are 7 types of defects:

1. Pastry
2. Z_Scratch
3. K_Scatch
4. Stains
5. Dirtiness
6. Bumps
7. Other_Faults (contains all other types of faults)

We are able to achieve high accuracy, thanks to our high quality AI algorithms.
